What we collect

  • Name, email, phone, and address when you register or enquire
  • Journey details (dates, pickup, destination, passengers)
  • Quotes, bookings, invoices, and messages in the Customer Hub
  • Account login details if you create a Hub account

Why we use it

To quote and run your journeys, keep a record of the job, message you about it, and meet legal, insurance, and operator-licence duties. Hub accounts are so you can request quotes, see prices, and talk to the office.

Lawful bases: contract (providing the hire), legitimate interests (running the business and stopping spam), legal obligation where required, and consent where you tick the privacy box on sign-up.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share it with drivers or subcontractors on your job, professional advisers, and authorities if the law requires it. Hosting and email are provided by our IT suppliers (including the Customer Hub and office systems).

Cookies

We use essential cookies so you can stay signed in to the Customer Hub. Those are needed for the service to work.

We do not use advertising cookies or Google Analytics on this site. The WhatsApp button is a link to WhatsApp — it does not place a tracking pixel on our pages.

If we enable Cloudflare Turnstile on Hub sign-up, Cloudflare may set a security cookie to tell people from bots. That is for spam protection, not ads.

How long we keep it

Booking and invoice records are kept as long as we need them for the job, accounts, insurance, and operator records. Hub accounts stay until you ask us to close them, or we remove unused spam accounts.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, or object to some processing. Email info@bwtravel.co.uk. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
